sanded, sealed, new.
Hardwood refinishing, plus new LVP, laminate and tile. We sand and seal what can be saved and replace what can’t.
Bathrooms
and kitchens, redone.
Tub-to-shower swaps, vanities, cabinets, counters and fixtures. We draw the room in 3D first, so you see it before we start.
A backyard
you actually use.
Wood and composite decks, pergolas, patio covers and fences. Drawn in 3D, priced in writing, built in about a week.
Front yard,
planted and watered.
Trees and drought-tolerant plants, gravel paths, drip irrigation and concrete patios. The outside finally matches the inside.
The crew
We only take jobs we can finish in about a week. That’s how the price stays fixed and our own guys stay on your house every day.
We’re Nick and Ilnur. Nick handles estimates and keeps the schedule. Ilnur runs the crew and draws the bigger projects in 3D before anyone picks up a tool. A lot of our work started as one small repair, and then the owner asked us to do the rest of the house.

3D design, price in writing
Kitchens, baths and backyards get drawn in 3D first. Then you get an itemized price on paper. No “we’ll see” lines.
One crew, start to finish
The same crew runs your job every day until it’s done. You get progress photos daily, and most jobs take about a week.
Walkthrough & cleanup
We haul the debris away, clean up and walk the finished job with you. You pay as the work gets done, never ahead of it.
Licensed, and it’s all in writing.
California CSLB class B license. License number listed on every contract.
California caps the down payment at 10% or $1,000, whichever is less. That’s all we ask up front.
We take work we can finish in about a week, so your house isn’t a job site for months.
The boring parts, done right.
Dust and floor protection
Plastic walls, floor covers, taped-off vents. The rest of the house stays livable while we work.
Permits when they’re required
If the city needs a permit for your job, we pull it and schedule the inspection. You don’t deal with the counter.
3D design before we build
For kitchens, baths and backyards you see the finished space on screen and change it there, not after it’s built.
Materials sourced for you
We pick up materials and have them on site before the crew starts, so nobody stands around waiting on a delivery.
Photo updates every day
Useful if you’re at work all day or the house is a rental. You see what got done without driving over.
Cleanup and haul-away
Debris leaves with us. The last thing we do is vacuum.
